Primary Election Day is in One Week!

Tuesday, September 9th is Primary Election day.

Polling locations will be open from 6:00am to 9:00pm.

ONLY voters registered with a qualified political party are eligible to vote.  Votes will determine who will be on the General Election Ballot for partisan races on November 4th.

Find out if you are registered to vote here. Don’t forget to visit WhosOntheBallot.org to find out if there are any contested primaries in your voting district and more about the candidates on your ballot.

Today is the deadline for requesting an absentee ballot.  However, voters can still visit a Board of Elections Borough office between 9:00am and 5:00pm (Monday-Friday and the weekend before Election Day) between now and Election Day to fill out an absentee ballot in person. For more information on Primary Elections and voter’s rights, visit the NYC Board of Elections website.
