There are a number of Candidate Forum being held this week:

Wednesday, May 15 at 6:30 p.m.: Mayoral Candidates will attend the Youth Speak Forum at P.S. 154 at 250 West 127th street in Manhattan.
Thursday, May 16, at 7:00 p.m.: The Shirley Chisholm Democratic Club is hosting a Democratic Candidate Forum at the Salem Missionary Baptist Church (305 E 21st St. between Albemarle Rd. and Regent Pl). Monday, May 20th at 6:00 p.m.: The Coalition for Asian American Children and Families (CAACF) in conjunction with a number of other organizations is hosting Growing Numbers, Growing Impact: Mayoral Candidates Forum on Asian Pacific Americans. Register here.
Wednesday, May 22 at 7:00 p.m. Vaughn College will host a Queens Borough President Candidate Forum at Vaughn College / Hangar, 86-01 23rd Ave., Flushing, NY 11369. For more information, contact Neil Gouveia at 718.429.6600 ext. 112.
Tuesday, May 28 at 3:30 p.m.: New Yorkers for Great Public Schools is hosting The First Mayoral Candidate Debate at The NYU Kimmel Center, 60 Washington Square Park South, 10th Floor, Rosenthal Pavillion.
Thursday, May 30 at 5:30 p.m.: North of 96th Street Public Health Coalition is hosting a Mayoral Forum on Public Health at CUNY School of Public Health, 2180 Third Avenue (at 119th Street, entrance on 3rd), Second Floor Auditorium.
Thursday, June 6 at 6:30 p.m.: The Coalition for Queens is hosting a Queens Borough President Candidate Tech Forum at the Museum of the Moving Image, 36-01 35th Avenue, Queens Village, New York.

Candidate Forums This Week (May 5 – 11)

We are aware of one Mayoral Candidate Debate Forum being held during the coming week:

Tuesday May 6th at 7:00 p.m.: The Park Slope Civic Council and its sponsoring partners (Brooklyn Heights Association; Boerum Hill Association; Crown Heights North Association; Prospect Heights Neighborhood Development Council; and Carroll Gardens Neighborhood Association) are hosting a Mayoral Candidate Forum at Congregation Beth Elohim at 274 Garfield Place (at Eighth Avenue). No RSVP is needed. You may submit questions using Google Moderator.

Another forum will be held in two weeks:

There are a number of Mayoral Candidate Debate Forums being held next week:

Monday, April 22nd at 6:00 p.m.: The New York League of Conservation Voters Education Fund and The Cooper Union Institute for Sustainable Design will host the 2013 Mayoral Forum on the Environment at Cooper Union’s Great Hall, 7 E. 7th Street in Manhattan. RSVP here.

Tuesday, April 23rd at 7:00 p.m.: The New York Young Republican Club is hosting a Republican Candidate Forum at the Women’s National Republican Club. (Attendance appears limited to NYYRC, Maverick Pac, and WNRC members.) RSVP to RSVP@nyyrc.com.

There are a number of Mayoral Candidate Debate Forums being held next week:

Sunday April 14th at 5:00 p.m.: Jacob Gold, 44th Assembly District Leader, and the New Independent Democrats present a Mayoral Candidates Forum at Temple Isaac, 1419 Dorchester Road at Marlborough Road.

Sunday, April 14th at 7:30 p.m. The Democratic clubs and the College of Staten Island will host a Democratic Mayoral Candidate Forum at the college’s Williams theater. Questions can be submitted to SIMayoralForum@gmail.com.

Thursday, April 18th at 8:00 p.m.: The Community Free Democrats and Goddard Riverside Community Center are hosting a Mayoral Forum at Goddard Riverside Community Center at 593 Columbus Avenue @ West 88th St.

Tuesday, April 9th at 6:00 p.m.: The Asian American Federation will hold its Democratic Candidate Forum at One Time Warner Center, Screening Room, 10th floor. For more information or to RSVP email: rsvp2@aafederation.org

Wednesday April 10th at 11:30 a.m.: The City Action Coalition will hold a forum at Monroe College. To get more information or to RSVP, email the City Action Coalition at info@cityactioncoalitioninternational.org

Thursday, April 11th at 7:00 p.m.: ACT NOW, the Eleanor Roosevelt Democratic Club, Lexington Democratic Club, and Manhattan Young Democrats will hold a NYC Mayor and NYC Comptroller Candidate Forum. RSVP here.

Tomorrow, Thursday March 21st at 7pm, the 92nd St. Y and the New York Observer will be hosting the a debate among 2013 New York Mayor candidates.
