Tomorrow is the special election to fill the vacated New York State Senate District 30. Voters in Harlem, Morningside Heights, and parts of the Upper West Side and East Harlem will choose a new Senator tomorrow, Tuesday, May 23rd. Polls are open 6 am to 9 pm.
