Today is the special election to fill the vacated City Council seat in Manhattan’s District 9. Voters in Central Harlem, Morningside Heights, and parts of the Upper West Side and East Harlem will choose a new Council member today, Tuesday, February 14th. Polls are open 6 am to 9 pm.
