Need to vote absentee? Here’s HOW

Realized you can’t make it to the polls on Election Day? It’s too late to get a vote by mail absentee ballot.  If you already have an absentee ballot and you are mailing it in, it must be postmarked by Monday, April 18th.

You can still vote. Follow these directions:

 In-Person Absentee Voting

In person absentee voting takes place at the Board of Elections’ Borough Offices. The hours are 9:00AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday and on the weekend prior to Election Day, as well as on Election Day until 9:00PM.

You must first fill out an application for an absentee ballot. Use this link to download the form and bring it with you to your Board of Elections Borough Office. http://www.elections.ny.gov/NYSBOE/download/voting/Absentee06152010.pdf

Once you fill it out the form, you can vote in-person, right there.

Don’t miss your opportunity to vote! Head to your Board of Elections Borough Office today.
