We are still waiting for the NYC Board of Elections to certify the candidate list for the upcoming General Election on November 8, 2022. The list is required to be released 32 days before the election, but is sometimes published earlier.

For now, we wanted to make sure you knew of all upcoming deadlines and important dates for the election:

• Voter Registration Deadline -Friday, Oct. 14, 2022

• Absentee Ballot Request Deadline (online) – Request Here - Monday, Oct. 24, 2022
• Early Voting - Saturday, October 29 – Sunday, November 6, 2022
• Absentee Ballot Request Deadline (in person) - Monday, Oct. 24, 2022
• Deadline to Return Absentee Ballot - Last day to postmark your absentee ballot or drop it off at a poll site – November 8, 2022
• Election Day - Tuesday, November 8, 2022
• Deadline for Board of Elections to receive absentee ballots (they still mush be postmarked by Nov. 8 to be valid) – Tuesday, November 15, 2022
